Primary Care Physician for Elderly in Upstate New York

SalaryThe compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $270,000 to $285,000 per year. This figure reflects the starting point of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation applicable to the position.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physician with experience caring for seniors to join our esteemed team. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing a caseload of approximately 3-5 patients per day, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- At least one year of experience working with the elderly population
- Fellowship in Geriatrics or Hospice & Palliative Care is desirable but not required
- New York State license and DEA certification
