Role Overview:

As a vital member of the iAnthus marketing team, the Consumer Engagement Marketing Specialist will oversee the successful execution and enhancement of our email, SMS, and promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and the creation of engaging digital and in-store graphics. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strategic mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email and SMS Marketing: Develop and implement targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling messages, segmentation, scheduling, and monitoring deliverability rates. Analyze performance metrics to enhance future campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Execute the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and objectives. Engage with our community across platforms and track social media KPIs to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Graphic Design: Create digital and in-store graphics to support product launches, promotions, and programmatic ads, ensuring all materials reflect our brand identity.
  • Campaign Analysis: Regularly report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance content effectiveness and analyze data.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute local events to enhance community engagement and support product launches or promotional activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive strategy development and deployment.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with management to implement promotions and discounts for retail locations, ensuring effective communication regarding promotions and digital efforts.
  • CRM Knowledge & Data: Define program objectives and KPIs, analyze performance data to meet targets, and provide reporting to support sales and marketing goals.

Objectives & Key Results:

  • Objective #1: Optimize email and SMS communications to increase loyalty program engagement.
  • Objective #2: Grow social media presence for retail brands.
  • Objective #3: Develop and execute a market-specific event strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing
  • 1-5 years of experience in cannabis marketing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail in writing and editing content
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
