Facilities Operations Coordinator

At Yadav Corporate, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by dispatching maintenance personnel and outside vendors to resolve equipment and facility problems in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- We will provide you with all necessary training on our Dispatching software to ensure seamless execution of your duties. You will be responsible for receiving and recording calls from restaurant personnel for facility services maintenance requests; prioritizing and evaluating each service request; assigning work requests in-house or to an approved outside vendor; dispatching and monitoring the activity of facility service technicians; responding to and scheduling special project requests in a timely manner; and closing work orders, recording detailed information regarding the service call.
- You will also be required to maintain computer database of work orders and outside services rendered using FSIS(Corrigo); process invoices for payment ensuring proper accounting codes assignment; verify accuracy of information supplied; inform disbursements accounting of any outside account's problems; evaluate Capital Consideration on closed work orders using property accounting department guidelines; and maintains office supplies and ensures office equipment is maintained.
- A high school diploma is required for this position. We also prefer 2-4 years of customer service experience or experience as a dispatcher working on Dispatching software with supervisory experience. A general knowledge of geography of assigned region and excellent organization skills are also required.
- A driver's license is also mandatory. Additionally, good oral English communication skills (bi-lingual skills, English/Spanish helpful) and working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheet, and database applications in a Microsoft Windows environment (Microsoft Office products) are preferred.
- A general handyman knowledge in electrical, plumbing, roofing, tile, hot and cold appliances (toasters, coffee machines, etc.) is also beneficial.
This is a competitive full-time opportunity with a salary range of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
