Job Overview

Verdantas is seeking a highly skilled Water Wastewater Project Manager to lead the design and development of infrastructure projects within the water and wastewater sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the design and technical development of infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, from planning and design phases through construction completion.
  • Deliver projects that meet established budgets and delivery schedules, while ensuring the performance expectations of our clients are met.
  • Prepare construction documents, including plans and specifications, and provide overall supervision and technical direction to a team of design engineers and technical staff.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams and interact with and oversee the work of CAD staff.
  • Support or lead the preparation and development of proposals and strategic client pursuits, and provide client management services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater planning, design, and construction administration, with a proven track record of leading design engineers and technical staff.
  • Strong team leadership experience, including managing project delivery expectations, prioritization of tasks, and mentoring.
  • Current PE license in PA is a plus.
  • Excellent technical skills in the water and wastewater practice area.
