Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at All-Stat Portable.
About the Role:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic and radiographic exams, while following established procedures for patient care, operations and safety. This includes performing electrocardiograms using portable EKG equipment, traveling to various healthcare facilities in the area, and gathering and completing appropriate paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Exams: Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams, following established procedures for patient care, operations and safety.
- Electrocardiograms: Perform electrocardiograms using portable EKG equipment.
- Travel: Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company-owned vehicles.
- Paperwork: Gather and complete appropriate paperwork.
- Equipment Performance: Monitor equipment performance and take the appropriate measures to have problems resolved.
- Examination Quality: Review and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion.
- Communication: Consistently demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, with all technologists, staff and management teams.
- Additional Duties: Perform all duties as assigned or required to ensure efficiency and provide quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Associate's Degree: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited school of radiology.
- State Certification and ARRT License: State certification and ARRT license required.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Independence: Ability to work independently.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
