Job Title: Vascular Interventional Technologist - Travel Opportunity

Job Summary:
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Vascular Interventional Technologist for a travel assignment in a leading healthcare facility. As a Vascular Interventional Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures using fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
⁠ ⁠Positions and transfers patients properly
⁠ ⁠Produces quality diagnostic radiographs
⁠ ⁠Selects and operates all radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
⁠ ⁠Processes film
⁠ ⁠Provides radiation protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards
⁠ ⁠Administers contrast media under the direction of a physician and within the guidelines of the Radiology Department/Health System policies
⁠ ⁠Schedules radiology examinations in the correct manner
⁠ ⁠Accurately charges for supplies used
⁠ ⁠Assists the radiologists and other staff physicians in performing radiology procedures
⁠ ⁠Assists in performing first aid if necessary
⁠ ⁠Assists referring physicians in locating films and reports in the Radiology Department
⁠ ⁠Transports patients to and from their rooms, or other areas, as needed
⁠ ⁠Keeps the work area clean and orderly
⁠ ⁠Completes all required continuing education

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠MO Lic required
⁠ ⁠1+ years experience
