Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker II. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities to expand their relationships with our bank.
  • Work closely with the Branch Retail Manager to drive sales and ensure that all customer needs are met.
  • Participate in business development opportunities to establish visibility in the community and drive business to the branch.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to drive sales and ensure that all customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in business products and services, including cash management and remote deposit capture.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
