Job Title: SCCM Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As an SCCM Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing endpoint devices using SCCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using SCCM.
• Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches.
• Provide technical support for client devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support.
• Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
