Special Education Teacher

Pay: $37-41/hour
Caseload(s): Inclusion, K-8
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Everett, MA area for the school year. This is a full-time, onsite role, and full benefits, weekly pay, and guaranteed hours are offered with this position.
Job Details:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide academic support to students in a K-8 inclusion classroom setting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Certification
- Experience with autism and specific learning disabilities required
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to meeting the unique needs of students with disabilities
