Professional Development Specialist - Ambulatory Nurse Educator

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Specialist - Ambulatory Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our ambulatory staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our ambulatory staff.
  • Provide expert coaching and mentoring to staff members to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our professional development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a professional development or education role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective professional development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
