Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Cheeseburger Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Mix and serve drinks according to company recipes and guidelines
  • Ring in drink orders and collect payment from guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing and sterilizing glasses and utensils
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and make change
  • Basic reading and computer skills
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and ability to follow company recipes and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Working Conditions:

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing and walking for long periods of time. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
