We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our housekeeping team as a Hotel Housekeeper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as bathroom amenities and writing supplies.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any deficiencies to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of up to one month related experience or training; Less than high school education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret written information, communicate clearly and professionally, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
