Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting and insights using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to contribute to the community
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing and Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
