Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lockroom Attendant to join our team at The Landings Golf and Athletic Club. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lockrooms, ensuring a superior experience for our members.

About Us

The Landings Golf and Athletic Club is a private luxury residential club located on Skidaway Island. We offer a range of resort-class amenities, including championship golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, and a wellness center.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greeting Members and Guests: Provide a warm welcome to our members and guests, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Event Promotion: Inform members about upcoming events sponsored by the Wellness department, promoting engagement and participation.
  • Member Support: Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Facility Management: Open and close the facility as needed, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of lockrooms, steam rooms, and surrounding areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
  • Amenity Management: Ensure that locker room amenities are fully stocked and easily accessible, providing a convenient experience for our members.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Report any malfunctions or imperfections in lockrooms and surrounding areas to leadership, facilitating prompt repairs and maintenance.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with departmental employees, responding to member emergencies and reporting incidents to leadership in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid Certification: Possess current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to read, understand, and follow instructions.
  • Time Management: Manage a diverse workload and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, using tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds for 50% of the workday.
  • Bending and Stooping: Perform bending and stooping for 80% of the workday.
  • Standing and Walking: Stand and walk for 95% of the workday.
Salary and Benefits
