At North West Rubber, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures throughout our facility.

About the Role:
  • We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and collaborate with other teams to resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain electrical equipment and infrastructure to meet regulatory codes and industry standards.
  • Perform regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical problems and improve process efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, including circuit analysis, motor control, and power distribution. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Electrician License or two-year electrical program preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical fitness assessment.
