About the Role:

• Create a variety of artisan breads, cookies, and pastries that meet Panera Bread's standards of quality and consistency.
• Cook and prepare ingredients according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a baker or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We Offer:

• $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
