Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
