Associate Tech Service Specialist

The NetApp Services Academy is a comprehensive training program designed for entry-level talent. The 90-day training program includes business integration support and tailored programs to promote professional development and community.
During this training, participants gain foundational knowledge of the Storage Industry, NetApp, and products and solutions. They also develop transferable soft skills to excel within the organization and in their long-term careers.
As a Services Associate in the NetApp Services Academy, your goal is to learn the inner workings of the Professional Services organization.
Key Responsibilities- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Ability to problem solve and critically analyze situations
- Identify and influence the continuous improvement of key business processes resulting in improved customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to present solutions to customers' unique requirements.
- Develop a support and professional services plan as a part of the overall account plan to meet NetApp's professional services objectives
- Position and deliver company-marketed solution sets and other custom consulting
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and managers in a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
- Manage a variety of projects to time, budget, quality, and contracted deliverables
- Open-minded and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
No industry-relevant experience is required for this position. Candidates who have acquired basic knowledge or skills through education, internships, or relevant coursework will be considered.
BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $121,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.
Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
