Job Summary
Prime Partners is seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Engineer to join our team. This role involves coordinating service agreements, managing day-to-day scheduling, and overseeing service retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC or related fields and a thorough understanding of building controls and mechanical/electrical systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with service customers to ensure commitments are met and exceeded, providing technical support to customer and service sales, and collaborating with the Collections department to ensure timely collections. They will also be expected to coordinate material orders with the Material Coordinator, work with subcontractors or internal installation teams to maximize efficiency, and support contractors in solving building operating issues beyond controls or special systems operation.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum high school diploma and a clear and concise communication style. Experience with Distech and Niagara systems is preferred, as is a two-year technical degree in HVAC or Electronics-related studies or an undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management, or related studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service agreements and manage day-to-day scheduling.

Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC or related fields.
