Instructional Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Lead - 3rd Grade to join our team and contribute to our mission of preparing students for success in college and beyond.
As an Instructional Lead, you will play a critical role in driving academic excellence and student growth in grades 3. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to educational equity and a passion for teaching and learning. You will be an expert in the subject area of instruction, with a proven track record of academic success and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of students in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Leadership: Develop and implement high-quality instructional strategies to drive student growth and academic excellence in grades 3.
- Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess student progress, identify areas of need, and develop targeted interventions to support student growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies, share best practices, and support student growth.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in teaching and learning and to continuously improve instructional skills.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Education or related field
- Valid Missouri Teaching License
- 3+ years of teaching experience in grades 3
- Proven track record of academic success and student growth
- Strong commitment to educational equity and diversity

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and education.
