Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $32.50 - $49.00 per hour, based on experience, location, and the 12-hour night shift schedule.

Job Description: As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT & CRT), you will evaluate patients' needs and recommend treatment plans, providing respiratory care to those with critical and complex medical conditions. You will also perform endotracheal tube insertion and removal, promote continuous quality improvement, and teach and counsel patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess an active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current state licensure is required, and ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
