About the Role

We are seeking a highly specialized Animal Nutrition Expert to join our team at Milk Specialties Global. As a key member of our calf health and development department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through technical support and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on calf nutrition and management practices.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance customer knowledge and understanding of our product offerings.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and commercialization of new products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Requirements:
  • PhD or DVM in dairy or animal nutrition.
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in calf nutrition, providing technical services to customers, and/or university experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of calf nutrition, management practices, and feed formulation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Heavy travel requirements, with an estimated 50% overnight stay.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
