About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care to our patients. With a focus on whole-person care, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
