Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $24,480 - $28,800, based on an hourly rate of $12.25 - $14.00.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Part-Time Retail Sales Leader will include:

  • Coaching and developing store associates' sales skills
  • Overseeing store operations, including inventory management and point-of-sale audits
  • Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
