Senior Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our team at Lucent Group's long term care nursing facility in Carrolton, GA.

The Senior Chef will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for residents in accordance with standardized recipes and meeting dietary requirements.

• Prepares food as assigned according to established guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of meals.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hiring.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

• Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
