We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Autism 360. As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism to help them build essential skills and develop positive behaviors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality ABA therapy services. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients aged 2-12 years old
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collect and record behavior data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in related field preferred
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical stamina throughout sessions
  • Criminal background check and drug test required
Schedule

Our schedules are based on the availability of our clients, with technicians working in 3-hour blocks between 8am-5pm. We strive to provide consistent and sufficient hours for all staff members.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$21 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
