We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Aspire at South Daytona. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform human resources and payroll processing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Maintain personnel files, providing information and consultation on employment issues and HR policies.
  • Assist department heads with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new staff members.
  • Design and implement recruitment and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Process employee payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration, with a focus on recruitment and retention.
  • Knowledge of administrative practices, procedures, and laws related to employment, wage and hour, and labor relations.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing systems, including Lawson, ADP, and PeopleNet.
