Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $18 per hour plus commission, with top earners making over $75,000 per year. Plus, enjoy our state-of-the-art Employee Re-Charge Facility, Employee Assistance Program, and numerous other workplace benefits.
Job Description
This performance-based sales opportunity follows up on all marketing opportunities, including internet leads and inbound phones. As a Full-Time BDC Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Having good communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience
- Previous BDC or call center experience preferred but not required
- Being available to work at least one weekend day
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and computer skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous BDC or call center experience (preferred but not required).
