Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute our presence at Tier One Global Events calendar, focused on key industry events
* Develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar that delivers the Immersive Labs Cyber Drills experience across key locations globally
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of event production, including sourcing unique and exciting venues, vendor management, and on-site execution
* Develop and implement an end-to-end promotional program to drive engagement and attendance with target accounts
* Identify and develop internal talent to build a robust team capable of delivering high-quality Cyber Drill experiences
* Develop sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to sponsors needs and secure sponsor partners
* Develop training materials and programs to enable partners to deliver their own versions of the event
* Pilot and evaluate new event formats and experiences to gauge effectiveness and attendee engagement

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in event planning and management, with a focus on delivering unique and innovative experiences
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Creative thinker with a passion for challenging convention and pushing the boundaries of what is possible
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
* Proven track record of being able to take ideas from conception through to a best-in-class scaled program that can be delivered through multiple channels
