Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our medical group in Skokie, IL. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and prepare them for exams
  • Take vital signs and collect initial data for physicians
  • Triage patient phone calls and follow up with patients and pharmacies as needed
  • Obtain diagnostic data for physicians and document patient information in the medical record

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Illinois
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing
  • BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider
  • Previous experience in a physician practice setting or hospital setting preferred
