Are you a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant looking for your next challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Clarity Recruiting and work with various clients in temporary, temp to perm and permanent capacities.

Salary Range:

The general hourly rate for this role is $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies, research new deals and suppliers
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and processes

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Administrator
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high levels of organization
