Job Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled Cybersecurity Experts to join our team at TP-Link Systems Inc. in the United States. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our security infrastructure to protect our systems, networks, and data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and data encryption solutions.
  2. Threat and Vulnerability Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications.
  3. Incident Response: Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution.
  4. Security Auditing and Compliance: Perform security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
  5. Network Security Monitoring: Monitor security events and anomalies in real-time using SIEM tools and respond to security breaches in a timely manner.
  6. Penetration Testing: Conduct penetration testing and ethical hacking to evaluate the security posture of the organization. Recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Security Awareness Training: Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver security awareness training to employees, ensuring best practices are followed to mitigate insider threats.
  8. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security practices into DevOps pipelines, including automating security testing and vulnerability scanning.
  9. Security Documentation: Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports on security incidents and risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Expert or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and security frameworks.
  • Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-security standards.
