Inpatient Nursing Director

- Prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis
- Making decisions regarding patient care using critical thinking skills, relevant standards, resources, and data
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education requirement
- Advanced degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification or must become certified within 6 months of employment
- Five years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or supervisory role
