Senior Office Coordinator for Administrative Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Amentum. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing records and files, assisting with employee in- and out-processing, and supporting the field office chief in scheduling.

Additionally, you will be tasked with drafting and routing correspondence, planning travel arrangements, coordinating conference room usage, and maintaining office equipment and supply inventories. You will also be responsible for managing government timecards and databases, as well as assisting in the execution of office training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and files

  • Assist in executing office training programs

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of experience related to the requirements
  • Superior oral and written communications skills
  • Intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to lift general office items (20-30lbs)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS) and timekeeping management program
  • DCSA and DoD work experience
  • Knowledge of operating office equipment (fax, copy machine)

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.50-$31.25, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
