Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with expertise in Oncology to provide high-quality patient care and support in our clinical environment. As a Senior Oncology Care Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients receiving treatment for various types of cancer.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an oncology setting.
  • Expertise in chemotherapy administration and management of side effects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
