Assembly Technician

**Job Overview:**

As a mechanical assembler, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products according to specifications and blueprints. Your role involves using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Study blueprints, drawings, and work orders to understand the specifications of the product.

• Align and fit parts according to specifications and assemble parts into sub-assemblies or finished products using hand and power tools.

• Inspect parts for defects and quality issues before assembly. Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure functionality and safety.

• Record product and part information as necessary for production records or quality control purposes.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field may be preferred.

• Training or certification in manufacturing or assembly techniques is a plus.
