Job Overview
Luxer One Zoho is seeking a professional Package Delivery Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional package delivery services to residents in upscale apartment buildings.

Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour (based on 30 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team to provide package delivery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person support to residents with package questions or issues
* Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
* Deliver packages to resident doors
* Organize packages within our rooms to make it easier for residents to find their packages
* Identify aging or stale packages and prepare them for return to sender
* Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
* Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A professional and interpersonal approach when interacting with residents, property managers, and couriers
  • Access to reliable transportation (e.g., a personal car or access to public transportation)
  • Tech savviness, including comfort using technology and writing emails
  • Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • The capacity to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)
  • At least 18 years old
