Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist to join our team at Adfinitas Health. As a Hospitalist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our inpatients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admit and manage patients in the hospital setting, performing physical exams, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Participate in hospital rounds, contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the achievement of department goals, adhering to policies, procedures, and quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Strong inpatient skill set, with a focus on quality-focused care.
  • Experience working with advanced practice providers, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Active (state) license, American Heart Association CPR Certification, DEA License, and state Controlled Substance Registration.
