Job Summary:

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia administration.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • 1+ years' experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the Operating Room.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
