The salary for this position is $65 - $80 per visit.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to treat patients in-home care settings. As a Physical Therapist at Metro, you will have the opportunity to inspire positive change in your patients' lives while being part of a growing organization with a progressive, supportive, and innovative team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- NY Physical Therapist License or eligible
- Evaluates patient needs for physical therapy and develops appropriate treatment plans
- Provides care and treatment based on physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards
- Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
