Sous Chef Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Highgate at Bozeman. As a culinary leader, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a culinary program that meets the needs and preferences of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a culinary program that promotes healthy and delicious food options for residents
• Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure that our culinary program meets the nutritional needs of our residents
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all regulatory standards

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• A combination of education and experience that supports Sous Chef status
• Current negative TB test
• Knowledgeable in, or can quickly learn, various regulatory standards for the kitchen
• ServeSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days of hire
