ABA Therapist

At Vibrant ABA, we're dedicated to empowering underprivileged kids on the spectrum in our local community. Our mission is to provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to these amazing children and their families across New York City.

We believe that our team members are the key to unlocking opportunities for these kids. That's why we offer comprehensive training and support to help Behavior Technicians become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or even Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our approach is tailored to each professional's experience, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to make a real difference in their careers.

Our partnership with Paradigm Health brings together a range of essential services, including Physical, Occupational & Speech Language Pathology. This means that when a family chooses us, they get everything they need in one place – from behavior analysis to physical therapy.

**Job Requirements:**

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 1-2 years of experience working in ABA is highly desirable.
• The ability to work towards becoming an RBT through completion of the 40-hour certification course and supervision is essential.
• We're looking for caring professionals who can provide high-quality care in home environments, with bilingualism being a valuable asset.
• Candidates must be able to commit to caseload availability in North Queens, covering areas like Astoria, Jackson Heights & Elmhurst.

**Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one in-home ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), creating positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by BCBA, based on the client's treatment and behavior plan.
• Collect data and communicate notable findings from sessions to the client's behavior analysis applications and forms.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working with diverse clients, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
