We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, sales, and customer service. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to patients, managing clinic operations, and contributing to the success of our franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Service: Greet patients upon arrival, check them in for appointments, answer phone calls, and re-engage inactive patients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Recognize and support team goals, stay updated on membership options and promotions, and maintain positive relationships with team members.
  • Clinic Operations: Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic, organize workspace, and manage the flow of patients through the clinic.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
