The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care and contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans. This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Virginia or eligible compact state
  • A minimum of 12-24 months of RN experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
