We are seeking a skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Medical City Arlington, a leading provider of healthcare services. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in clinical education to contribute to the development, coordination, and management of educational programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to design, facilitate, and evaluate evidence-based quality educational programs that promote professional competency and address practice gaps.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage educational programs to enhance professional practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among healthcare personnel.
  • Design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program effectiveness and participant feedback.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in clinical education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. You must also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute care setting and 2 years' experience in clinical education.
