Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our multidisciplinary team, integrating Collaborative Problem Solving with family engagement, psychiatry, nursing, verbal and non-verbal therapies, social work, and counseling. As a Therapeutic Program Director for Youth Services, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and revising therapeutic program and service delivery on a regular basis to keep up with current trends and best practices. This role involves direct clinical service delivery to clients through therapist and case management staff, as well as overseeing admission standards and acceptance of clients to be served and maintaining census expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise therapist staff and case managers.
  • May provide supervision for licensure.
  • Assume responsibility for the supervision process for no more than 8 full-time direct-report employees.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Interview, hire, train, appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a Board of Health Professions field of clinical practice.
  • Licensed and eligible to take required coursework and supervision for C-SOTP designation through the Virginia Board of Psychology.
  • At least one year of supervisory/managing teams experience.
