Job Description

Caravan Facilities Management L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain premises and buildings to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Sweep, scrub, and polish floors, as well as clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  • Dust and polish fixtures, and wash windows and walls.
  • Empty and replace liners in wastebaskets, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and consumable products as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with building personnel and deliver clear messages.

Work Environment:

The Industrial Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and extreme temperatures.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Up to six months of related experience or training.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
