Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Special Education department. The successful candidate will provide direct and consultation services to students with disabilities in the areas of speech and/or language, and will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support student achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultation services to students, teachers, and parents
- Collaborate with other professionals to support student achievement
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech and language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Washington State ESA Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
