Program Supervisor Role

  • We seek an experienced Program Supervisor to implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
  • The successful candidate will oversee a team of caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program, providing support with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Duties will be divided between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. The supervisor will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of related work experience is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older.
  • A current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance are required.
  • Other licensure or certification may be necessary depending on regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with team members and those we serve.
  • Strong organizational abilities are necessary to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be $50,000 - $65,000 per year, offering competitive compensation and benefits.
