We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at ALL 4 U, LLC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support and care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Mobility and Transfers: Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Companionship and Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Errands and Appointments: Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassion and Patience: A compassionate and patient demeanor, with the ability to work with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of clients.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Must pass a comprehensive background clearance and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
